• YouTube URLs you paste: Used only to process your download request in real time. We do not log or store these URLs after your session ends.
• Basic server logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) are kept temporarily for security and abuse prevention, then deleted within 30 days.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies only for site functionality (e.g., remembering your dark/light mode preference). No tracking cookies.

We do not collect: your name, email address, payment information, or any personal account details — because we never ask you to sign up.

🎬 Video Files & Downloads

YTDropper does not store, cache, or host any video or audio files on our servers. When you initiate a download:

• Our backend fetches the available download formats from YouTube's CDN in real time.
• A direct CDN link is returned to your browser.
• Your file transfers directly from YouTube's servers to your device — we are never in the middle of the file transfer.

📊 Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregated page view counts and download counts) to understand how YTDropper is used and improve the service. Any analytics we use:
